sick of it

Im so sick of the altzhimers or however you spell it, and getting treated like crap with them. Everything was all fine yesterday and everyone was in the best mood, even the ones that are mostly in bad ones. But When I had to go change one of the residents briefs, or diapers, he starts punching and kicking and everything. It usually takes one CNA to change him, but last night it took 3!!!! I cant wait until my time is up there to where I could say goodbye and go to a hospital. I mean I know that the altzhimers does things to them and they dont know what they are doing or whatever, they forget about it the next day. But we cant really do anything about the behavior other than let the nurse know about it. But when we do that, she really cant do anything about it either because they cant really control it. Its almost 5 months away to where I can leave and to where a hospital will accept me. I thought it was at least 6 months experience that a hospital wants, but looking at the 2 places I want to apply, Mckay Dee, and Primarys, they want a whole year!!!! GRRRR
